Can anyone tell me the best way to post .wav files to my Myspace blog?

I’m the founder of North Carolina Paranormal Research Society. We have a Myspace, and I’ve been trying to put links to our EVPs onto our blog. Not using an embed code, but just the "a href" kind of link, along with a file host (hotlinkfiles.com).
Everyone could pull them up for a while, but now I’m the only one who can – what gives??? Can someone tell me a sure-fire way to display our EVPs…they’re not much good if we can’t share them with the public. If I need to embed, so be it, but I did that before on our profile page, and Myspace messed with the code after a while, and nobody could listen…like now

If that link doesn’t work, just go to http://www.myspace.com/spiritsofthesouth and go to our blog page, aptly entitled "Listen to our EVPs"…or lately not listen to them.
Some of them were emailed to me by my teammates, so changing size is not an option. I just need to know the easiest way to add them to Myspace.
